Our Private Equity and Funds practice encompasses assisting international investors and fund sponsors in connection with the structuring of onshore and offshore investment funds, international fundraising and financing activities and the structuring, maintenance and disposition of portfolio investments. In particular, we assist fund sponsor clients and their portfolio companies on all aspects of their investments, from the deal structuring to the implementation of the exit strategy.

Our Corporate Law and M&A practice encompasses assisting clients on strategy and structuring of acquisitions and dispositions in connection with a wide range of domestic and cross-border deal and financing models. We assist enterprises and financial institutions in all corporate extraordinary transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, public hostile and friendly M&A transactions, public-to-private deals and equity financing. We also offer legal counsel in connection with ongoing corporate matters, such as the fulfillment of regulatory and antitrust requirements and the structuring and maintenance of corporate governance.

Our Corporate Finance and Financial Services practice encompasses assisting alternative asset managers, banks, other financial intermediaries, underwriters and selling shareholders in transactional and advisory matters. Our expertise covers a full range of areas including international offerings, issuance of various types of equity, debt and hybrid securities and various asset manager-related, banking and other regulatory matters.

Our office is located in Milan at Via Quintino Sella 4, opposite the Castello Sforzesco and next to the artistic Brera neighborhood. The nearest underground stations are Lanza-Brera (located on the Green Line) and Cairoli (located on the Red Line). A cab from the Centrale train station, Linate airport or Malpensa airport would take ca. 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 45 minutes, respectively.
