Carolina joined our firm in 2022 and works primarily in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

In 2024, after a brief experience in the corporate affairs department of a multinational company, Carolina rejoined our firm and currently advises clients on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, as well as on corporate governance, commercial agreements and regulatory compliance matters.

Languages: Italian (mothertongue), English and Spanish.
