Luca joined our firm in April 2025 and his practice focuses primarily on corporate, transactional and regulatory matters in the fields of private equity and venture capital.

In particular, Luca assists the firm's domestic and foreign clients in connection with corporate, Swiss and EU-related regulatory matters, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as Swiss employment and general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Luca practised at a Milan-based corporate law firm, with a focus on commercial litigation, financial intermediation and corporate governance..

Languages: Italian (mothertongue), English, French and Spanish.
